My daughter races a soapbox derby car. Recently she won her local event and was awarded the once in a lifetime opportunity to attend the All American Soapbox Derby Championship in Akron, Ohio.
Now, I confess that as supportive as I was of this pastime, I am not much involved in it.  My husband used to be a race car driver and is very enthusiastic about it, so I let him take care of the whole of it.  I like to say 'it is their Daddy/Daughter thing' and let them at it.

Yes, I said THESE JOBS. 
As most of you know, I have taken a temporary position at my daughter's school as an instructional aid.  I recently took the para-pro certification test (to show that I am qualified to help first graders learn how to count change and tell time) and passed with flying colors, so I am now official.
Funny, I have a job I am much more passionate about, but there is no way for me to be 'officially qualified' to do it.  Weird, huh?  But I digress...

Real Estate is a service oriented business. Whether you are a Realtor, Mortgage broker, Stager, or otherwise, there is a certain amount of personal service that goes into the job - no matter how far removed you are from the clients themselves.  I truly feel that the most successful in this field gain fulfillment from the serving of others and those who do it foe purely selfish reasons are doomed for failure.
