Today is the day I say Enough is Enough!
I am tired of all the negative talk about the Real Estate Market. I am tired of hearing it from the media! I am tired of it being the topic of conversation! I am tired of having to defend my job! I am no expert but I have to say it seems to me if a listing is priced right it will sell quickly. I was told by my father, who has been in the business for 30+ years, that if a house is not selling it is the price of the listing! I think he is right. There was a listing in our area that was put on the market 4 days ago and it is already under contract. Did somebody say it is a Buyers Market? Well I would like to know where all the Buyers are!
Now that Spring has Sprung, will the Buyers start to come!
Do they know that it is a Buyers Market? Do they know that Interest Rates are Low? We, as Realtors, need to help them understand. We need to let them know that there are great deals out there to be had! We need to get the Buyers to stop listening to the Media!
Lets work together, as Realtors, and let the Buyers know that Real Estate is still a good investment!
