On Saturday April 26th, 2008 Oxford will be celebrating its 14th annual Oxford Day Celebration. Come Rain Shine. The day starts off with a Pancake breakfast at the Oxford Community Center, where you can also support Women Supporting Women by participating in the 10k Run or the the 5k Walk. Then at 10:00 there is the family hour in the park, followed by the Oxford Day Parade at 11:00. I am no expert but I have to say it seems to me if a listing is priced right it will sell quickly. I was told by my father, who has been in the business for 30+ years, that if a house is not selling it is the price of the listing! I think he is right. There was a listing in our area that was put on the market 4 days ago and it is already under contract.
