If you have never been to Oxford Maryland and you are a boater you just might want to make the journey!  Oxford MD has been chosen as the 2011 Best Yachting Town in the World!  But besides yachting Oxford  is a charming town located on the Eastern Shore of Maryland.  It is truly worth a visit!

real estate: Memorial Day Weekend 2008 over but not Forgotten - 05/27/08 10:49 AM
I do not know about any body elses weather over Memorial Day weekend but In Oxford Maryland the weather could not have been any better!  The skies could not have gotten any bluer!   As I sat in the Real Estate office to fullfill my floor duty time I was amazed at all the tourist!  There were tons of Sailboats, lots of bicyclers, and many, many people driving around.  This made me start thinking that maybe the economy is not as bad as the media says!  The tourist were out in full force.  I hope the same happened in other areas of the United States.  I would be interested in … (2 comments)

For any one that came to visit Talbot County Maryland this Weekend, April 25th - 27th, thank you for coming. Today is the day I say Enough is Enough!
I am tired of all the negative talk about the Real Estate Market.  I am tired of hearing it from the media!  I am tired of it being the topic of conversation!  I am tired of having to defend my job!  Yes things are not the same as they were a few years ago.  Yes it is a tough, ever changing market but I am ready to sell!
I am ready to educate all those buyers out there that it is a buyers market!  Stop sitting on the fence!  I am telling you it is a great time to buy!  … (1 comments)

I posted a Blog in Localism on why I love my job as a Realtor and it got me thinking  - do we love our jobs as Realtors?I stated in my blog that I love being a Realtor for 3 simple reasons:1. Did somebody say it is a Buyers Market?  Well I would like to know where all the Buyers are! 
Now that Spring has Sprung, will the Buyers start to come!
Do they know that it is a Buyers Market?  Do they know that Interest Rates are Low?  We, as Realtors, need to help them understand.  We need to let them know that there are great deals out there to be had!  We need to get the Buyers to stop listening to the Media!
Lets work together, as Realtors, and let the Buyers know that Real Estate is still a good investment!
