Everyone knows that the most important factor in real estate is "Location, Location, Location." Even the most novice person on the streets has heard this well-known saying for years and years. As simple as it sounds, the reason this saying is so widely known and applied when discussing real estate is because the statement is TRUE and always has been.

neighborhood: Attractions in Suwanee, Ga - Town Center Park Farmer's Market - 06/03/08 11:32 AM

One of the lesser known attractions in Suwanee and specifically the Town Center Park is the weekly Farmer's Market which occurs every Saturday morning from May through October.
Neighboring residents, and some not so close neighbors, enjoy visiting the park to buy fresh fruits and vegetables, as well as herbs, flowers, house plants, fresh honey, meats, pastries, deserts and much more from local growers. The market is open every Saturday morning 8:00 to noon with the growers set up along the park's east perimeter near Lawrenceville-Suwanee Rd.
