home staging ontario: Burlington Penthouse: Staged and Sold In Under One Month / Before & After Pictures - 05/03/10 10:56 AM
We were happy to find out that one of our latest staging projects just recently sold. The most exciting part was that it sold in less than one month which is great, considering the price point of this property! This Burlington Ontario penthouse was listed at $829,900 so we were expecting it to be on the market a little longer than other condo units at a lower asking price.
Hopefully our staging helped to speed things up - we think it did. Here are some photos of what was done to make this property worthy of its price tag:

Well, I'm a little late adding my two cents on the RESA International Staging Conference, but I have an excuse since I just got home late Saturday night. My Sister-in-Law and a girlfriend joined me for a few more days of Vegas life after the Conference. Must say I'm "Vegased Out" now, but back to the real reason for my blog - the Staging Conference!
We couldn't have asked for a better turnout, especially for our first conference. Once we hit 200 attendees, Shell Brodnax managed to pull another 20 tickets out of her hat to bring our total up to a whopping 220 professional home … (20 comments)

I had the honour of sharing exhibitor booth space recently with Karen Hubert of Center Stage Design at the REALTORS® Without BORDERS Convention and Trade Show, Southern Ontario's largest annual conference on real estate.
It was great to meet so many local REALTORS®. Some excellent dialogue came out of the day. There are still some REALTORS® that harbour a misgiving with respect to home staging, and a valid one I might add. This lead me to write an article on how that can be overcome.

More great news for the home staging industry! According to the latest results in an ongoing internet survey by Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, 81.35% of respondents felt that home staging helps sell a home.
