tips for home sellers: As The Leaves Start To Fall, Don’t Let The Same Happen To Your Asking Price! - 10/16/07 07:01 PM

If you are planning to sell your home this fall, now is the time to clean up your yard. Here are a few things you can do to make the outside of your home look its best:
- Remove all annual flowers that are no longer blooming or that have become unhealthy in appearance
- Weed all garden beds
- Plant fall flowers such as Chrysanthemums. There are many colours available. Try to choose a colour that accentuates the exterior colour of your home.
- Re-design your flower pots and urns in a fall theme. Coloured ornamental cabbages are a great addition to urns. They … (9 comments)
