Below, you\'ll find a table with the DOM (Days on Market) trends for the Denver Berkeley for 2006. DOM is the number of days between when a property is listed in MLS and when it goes under contract. The first two characters are the year, and the last two are the month. So, for example, \"06-02\" would February 2006. After that you\'ll see the average DOM for the properties that closed in that time period.
