First Quarter Market Report - Louisville: Middletown/Douglas Hills/Anchorage/Hurstbourne/St. Matthews - 04/10/12 10:10 AM

As you can see from the graph. Sales were definitely up for the first quarter this year compared to the previous two years first quarter sales. The real estate market is definitely turning around in Louisville.
This graph is only displaying single family home sales in Area 8 - Middletown/Douglas Hills/Anchorage/Hurstbourne/St. Matthews.
