housing market reports: Shelby County, KY Year End Market Report - 01/11/12 10:03 PM

State of the Real Estate Market for Shelby County Ky.

In the below graph I compared the number of single family homes that sold and closed for 2009, 2010 and 2011:

Encouraging to see that 2011 we are up in number of units sold from the year before.

The below graph compares the median sales price for single family homes from 2009, 2010 and 2011:

Even though 2010 saw a decrease in number of units sold the median sales price jumped considerably (up $8,000) from 2009. 2011 stayed about the same as the year before in … (3 comments)
