Buying a home? Well I'm sure you know that you should have it inspected to make sure of the condition before you are locked into buying the home. Please Mr/ms buyer give it to me straight! If we find a home you like and want to live in are you willing to pay fair market value for the home or are you wanting to low ball the sellers and hope to get a "great deal"? Whats that? Low balling can't hurt the negotiations and should get you a lower price you say? In fact submitting an offer that is well below the realistic value of the home absolutely can hurt! The seller will likely be upset with you and not want to negotiate as much as they would (3 comments)

BREAKING NEWS!!! THE US POSTAL SERVICE IS HAVING BUDGET TROUBLE!!! Wow - who would have thought this could happen? Apparently there is such a huge budget deficit that the idea of halting Saturday Delivery is beng considered in order to save money! As far as I can tell this is the first time there has been talk of an actual CUT in services from this administration. What we have been getting is different ways to raise more money! Well, the Postal Service is broken - I hate to break it to you, and cutting one day of service is not going (8 comments)
