Yes, we are experiencing growth in sales of homes and land over $1,000,000.  To quote the narrator of the feature "there's still value in them thar hills".  Prices here for luxury mountain homes are often one fifth of what comparable properties would be in other high visibility mountain towns. We are located in one of the most scenic areas on earth - really! Right in the middle of the Four Corners, Durango provides access to mountains, high desert, spectacular canyon country, huge lakes and all the fun that goes with them. Rafting, kayaking, fishing, hiking, skiing, hunting, mountain biking, scenic driving; via motorcycle, bike or car, tennis, golf and just plain relaxing are all part of enjoyingit, the Durango lifestyle.
