There is plenty of dirt here in this sub-divided tract. Great location in the midst of no-where, well not quite true there is one house close by. Saturday night in the High Desert, and other thoughts - 09/07/07 09:57 PM
Wow! What a night. The temp. is a wonderful 74 degrees and the wind is light. What a change from last week, boy did we bake.
The great thing about living in the desert is that even-though the day time temp can get to 107-110, the night time temps drop by 30-35 degrees, so you can shut off the A/C, open the windows and sleep like a baby. Federal Bailout for homeowners?? - 09/04/07 04:13 PM
We have all heard, by now, that the Fed's are considering some sort of "bailout" or assistance for home owners being impacted by adjustable rate mortgages. How will this help us here in the Antelope Valley and Southern California in general?
First off, the current proposal is to use the FHA to back fixed rate loans that would be used to replace the adjustable loans that have caused this termoil.
