I just think everyone should know that once the mortgage market comes back, and it will, those of us that survive will all have a story to tell. So take good notes now and lets compare when we are able to happily fill our gas tanks, buy food, and pay the mortgage on our own home again. We will know what it is like to have gone through some of the same tough times our parents spoke of during the depression. I know that it is not the same thing they went through but close.  We are all being affected in some way, but I think that overall we are still better off than post depression times. I thank god everyday that I am able to feed my family. I appreciate things so much more than I did before. I guess with every storm there is a silver lining. We should all be more humble at the end of this storm. I hope that means we are starting to look at others with a more open attitude and with a much more willingness to help.  I love the mortgage business and I think we will come out of this much stronger and compasionate. At least I will.
