I continue to discuss Real Estate is Local in Columbus Ohio. Last week- 1790 homes went into contract in the Columbus Board of Realtor MLS. Out of those homes, 60 homes had Worthington Ohio Schools. The price range was from $650,000 to $69,900. Nine homes sold in Worthington Ohio School area over $300,000 and 22 had a listing price of between $200,000 and $279,900. Interesting- more than half of the homes that went into contract had previous price corrections. Pricing is so important in today's real estate market place.
