The Hole Report, compiled by our own David and Devon Viehman, was released last week and has created some controversy. The report remains one of the best sources of information for those interested in Jackson Hole Real Estate. In the report David states that the market has hit bottom but offers some caveats to that claim showing that some segments are fairing better than others while many still struggle.
