Stinkin' Economy Got You Down?

Take a break. Drive the Selkirk Loop through Pend Oreille County (NE Washington), northern idaho and a southern part of British Columbia. Check out this link www.SelkirkLoop.com While you are here, stop at our Coldwell Banker North Country office in Newport, have a cup of coffee and get to know small town and rural real estate. We might even talk you into joining us. Have a super day! (don't listen to any campaign speeches or read about the stock market.)

Pend Oreille County IS TOO in Washington!

Many people are familiar with Lake Pend Oreille in northern Idaho, but few people have discovered our beautiful Pend Oreille county in northeastern WA, only a hop, skip and a slide on the ice from Lake Pend Oreille. If I had figured out how to insert a photo, you would all come runnin'. As it is, there are only about 13,000 residents in our entire county. Lots of secluded wooded areas, great fishing in the nearby lakes - trout, mostly, and small mouth bass in the river. Our Pend Oreille River is one of the 3 major rivers in North America that actually flows north, on into Canada where it joins the Columbia.

First blog, and I don't mean to bore you, but we could actually use a few buyers here, too.
