excerpt from the new book, "Finding New Neighbors" The process of conducting a short sale is less based on anything the buyer has to put into it with an offer than does the seller showing reason for the short sale. They have to show why they cannot continue their payments, why they must move, what has occurred with the property values as to why they have not simply sold the property in a normal fashion. Window Shopping Test... - 11/01/10 08:04 AM
A few days ago I read with great interest a post by Pamela Wilson on Copyblogger. The story line was about her and her daughter shopping for rain boots and how they were looking for the same things most people do when they shop, good selection, quality products, an enjoyable shopping experience, excellent customer service and a price point they could afford. This store was distracting and hard (1 comments)
