Okay, so I know I was probably supposed to put a picture of myself on the profile page, but I just got my new logo and really think it looks awesome! So, here I am.
Amazing, huh? I'd like to say that the camera adds 20 pounds, but I'm afraid it's all me.
Anyway, I am really working on branding my agency and myself. Those that know me know that I am a Farmers agent, but that I really want to be identified separately. Many of you may also have a similar issue if you are associated with Coldwell-Banker, ReMax, etc. Branding ourselves … (0 comments)

Property Manager Liability Protection - 04/10/08 10:26 PM
For those of you in the property management business it may have occurred to you that you should have some liability protection against any claims that may arise in the many homes/apartments that you manage for often absent property owners. If you have ever tried to have the owner add you as an additional insured to his property policy, you may have encountered some stiff opposition from his/her insurance agent.
This may be the result of an inexperienced agent or, worse, the insured may have NO liability coverage on their property whatsoever. The latter is obviously a major issue that should be … (0 comments)
