100% Financing USDA Rural Development Loan The USDA Rural Development Loan is the only loan currently available offering 100% Financing. In addition, there is no PMI (Personal Mortgage Insurance) required which is typically required with other mortgage loans.

With the first time homebuyer credit apparently coming to an end. (You must be under contract by the end of April and close by the end of June as it stands today), the only other true draw for the real estate market is the 100% Financing USDA Rural Development Loan.

It has recently been announced that the funds for the USDA Rural Development Loan are running out and will be depleted by the end of April, 2010. While they may replenish the funds, it presently looks like they won't be available until November (if then).

The 100% Financing USDA Rural Development Loan is a well established program and has not been as popular recently because of the first time homebuyer tax credit. But...allowing both the USDA Rural Development Loan funds to run out and the tax credit to expire almost simultaneously could set the stage for a VERY SLOW buying season until fall.

The Health of Real Estate and How the new Health Bill will affect the real estate market With tonights passing of the Healthcare bill many people want to know if it will also affect the Health of Real Estate.

Many believe that since a decision has finally been made (like it or not) that much of the uncertainty about the profits in the investment market will be eliminated. Therefore, the Health of Real Estate could be affected as well. Some think that shares in healthcare stocks could have a quick rise in value.

It is certainly true that investors don't like indecision. So, while there are things in the Health Bill that will be a "mixed bag", Health of Real Estate can directly be affected by the decision. People who were waiting on a decision...any decision...will be ready to put some of their assets to work again.

The Health of Real Estate and How the new Health Bill will affect the real estate market is yet to be seen, but you can bet that housing will be a major topic this week as the statistics for February existing homes sales will be released on Tuesday and there will also be a report on Wednesday for the February new home sales.

I Needed a new career..You Too can turn your customer service or IT career into a new profession! If you are like many people in todays economy you may be looking for a new career. I had worked in the Information Technology field as well as customer service for over 20 years when I lost my job to reorganization.

Like so many others...I suddenly Needed a new career. Believe it or not I truly wanted to work in the real estate field. I can't tell you how many people told me I was crazy! lol I didn't care...that's what I wanted to do.

My only concern was that I didn't think of myself as a salesperson. Well...I'm here to tell you that I'm still not a salesperson! Even though I Needed a new career that was not my personality. What I found out was that you don't have to have a typical sales personality!

I don't sell houses! Houses sell themselves! What I do is use my customer service skills and IT background to take care of people and to get my listings noticed on the internet! Not many people who have Needed a new career in the last couple of years have thought about getting into real estate! Many agents are getting out!

What people don't know is that there is one particular company that offers so much training to their agents as well as a culture that puts God first and Family second before business! Which company? Keller Williams! No...they didn't ask me to write this...I just know that I would tell anyone who Needed a new career ...especially if you have a background in customer service that you can do it too.

I started in May of 2007. I produced enough in my first full year (2008) to be in the Professional Achievers Circle in our local Bartow County Board of Realtors. I also received the Rookie of the Year Award for Bartow County. In 2009 I started building my own team and again made the Professional Achievers Circle.
