We staged this petite North Seattle home this morning in the Pinehurst neighborhood.  Built in 1944 and boasting almost 800 square feet, this charming cottage home is ready for show!

Living Room before staging:  The baseboard heating system in this home determined where we could place the furniture.

Kitchen before staging:  The real estate agent had the worn cabinets painted white to brighten up this space.
