We staged this Edmonds view condo last week.  There are so many condos on the market right now that in order to get the attention of potential buyers, a listing really needs to shine!  The listing photos need to portray a lifestyle of comfort and relaxation, usable space and room to entertain. 
Our goal for this staging was to appeal to the "empty nest" buyer who is looking to downsize from a large home to a condo.  We did this by using transitional furnishings and showing that this is a great space in which to enterain.  Enjoy the photo tour!

Sunny in Seattle! Staging a view condo on a rare sunny day - 07/07/11 10:15 AM
Yesterday was a rare sunny day in Seattle.  Here is the fab view from the luxury Bellevue condo we staged yesterday.  Too bad we were too busy schlepping furniture up to this thrid floor unit to properly enjoy it!
