How many of you looking for a new home have gone through a new community, fall in love with it, go in and talk to the "Agent On Duty" and then end up buying? Lets face it, before I got into real estate, I would have been one of those people. The words "Agent On Duty" just speak to you. You believe that those people are working for YOU. Well guess again. Those agents work SOLEY for the interest of the builder or developer and their own commission on the sale of those homes. Their ultimate goal is selling the home/community … (1 comments)
