privacy: losing privacy for risk abatement...where does it stop? - 06/13/09 08:25 AM

While sitting in the borough meeting the other night I noted that the fire departments are getting laptops with software that will give them a heck of alot of information about the structure they are saving, including pictures, floor plans, and I don't remember it all because I was stunned.It's all part of the overall loss of privacy and liberty in exchange for safety or risk abatement.How will they glean this information and just how much detail is there?I am frightfully aware of the data silos compiled by the big title insurance companies who in their vendor management of appraisals, credit … (0 comments)
