Droid and the learning curve is all part of it.  At times I wish I had a Droid like R2d2 to quickly teach me all the cool features of this device.  Don't get me wrong I love it, but I know it can do lots more or more efficiently then I am currently operating.

Franklin's Veteran's Day Parade - 11/11/09 07:17 PM
Franklin TN Veteran's Day Parade began with the Church bells throughout the city playing God Bless America.  Then the marching bands, youth groups...but most importantly the men and women of the armed forces passed under the American Flag which was suspended between two of the cities fire trucks.  Enjoy a couple of the clips from the event...and if you did not get a chance today, get out over the next couple days and thank a vet  for their service to this great nation of ours.

The new The $6,500 Move-Up / Repeat Home Buyer Tax Credit  may be for you.  If you have been thinking it is time to move closer to the grandkids, move up or downsize then this may be the program for you.
To be eligible to claim the tax credit, buyers must have owned and lived  in their previous home for five consecutive years out of the last eight  years.

Home Inspections - The good, the bad and the ugly will be found during a home inspection.  But you need a Home Inspection! Regardless of how handy you may be you still need a Home Inspection to know what you are getting into. 
We recently had an out of town client who felt they did not really want a home inspection.  We pushed and he gave in.  Good thing.  The crawl space had a stream running through it.  Yes, a stream. 
The Good is that we found the problem and that the seller had a professional fix it.
