Greater Nashville Area Grows by 11.5% - 03/29/11 08:33 AM
The State of Tennessee's population increased 11.5 according to the recently released 2010 US Census. The biggest population gain was seen in the Nashville area, with Williamson County topping the list for the second decade in a row. The major towns that make up Williamson County include Brentwood, Franklin, Nolensville, Spring Hill and Thompsons Station). Drive Electric Tour came to Nissan North America Headquarters in Franklin, TN on March 26 and 27th. As temperature dipped below normal, interest heated up as participants signed in to take a look at the all electric Leaf. The Drive Electric Tour also included an informational tour where all could take a look at the technology that makes the Leaf run. Oh, so you don't think you need title insurance...it costs too much, well think again.  Purchasing Title Insurance, and Owner's policy (not just a policy for the lender) in our opinion at Diane O and Friends, is your best protection against title defects which can remain hidden despite the most thorough title search and inspection.
