Williamson County has experienced on average 17 closing per month and as of the 20th of December we had 6 closings but 26 sales are pending. We continue to anticipate that December will be on pace with the rate of closing experienced throughout the year.    
On average Williamson County condo's that have sold are 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, 1658 sq. ft and are selling for 96% of their asking price for an average sales price of $204, 239. The average days on market is 205 days or a little over 6 months.

Condo or Townhouse - What's the difference and does it matter?
Well, when purchasing either of these lenders have differing rules and regulations that they must adhere to.  On Monday, December 7 the Federal Housing Authority (FHA) implemented tighter lending standards for Condos.  These rules were enacted to protect the financial health of the FHA, who is now seeing 18% of these loans either delinquent or in foreclosure.
