Drive Electric Tour came to Nissan North America Headquarters in Franklin, TN on March 26 and 27th. As temperature dipped below normal, interest heated up as participants signed in to take a look at the all electric Leaf. The Drive Electric Tour also included an informational tour where all could take a look at the technology that makes the Leaf run. Greater Nashville Covered in a Blanket of Snow. Three to four inches of snow may not seem like a lot for those from the Northeast, but down here in Greater Nashville TN...it is a lot of snow...and it is still coming down. Many have called in to say...not coming to work today. The roads are getting better...but then again snow begins again. Recently I have become dependent on my GPS when showing properties. There are many instances where the directions on the MLS sheets are incorrect. Driving around is not what my buyers want...they want to tour homes. Using my GPS allows me to enter all the homes we have scheduled to tour in one central system. It no longer matters which order we see the homes, only the address.
