Spring Hill TN Homes selling at 96% of asking price. A total of 7 homes closed in Spring Hill from June 20 through June 26. Of these homes the average was 2500 square feet 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath with a sales price of 245,654. It looks like the average home is selling at 96% if the asking price.
Why? Realtors and home sellers/buyers have set realistic expectations. Prices are set to sell and buyers realize this and do not try to "steal" the property.

The construction of three new Williamson County schools; a high school, elementary school and middle school are all planned for the east side of the Spring Hill.
Construction is currently under way for the new Williamson County middle school (rendering pictured to the left) named Homestead Middle School, which will open in August 2010.A road half mile long will be constructed from Buckner Lane to access the school.
