Active Rain Winter Meetup was missing only one thing...... Winter!Active Rain Winter Meetup was missing only one thing...... Winter! It was almost as warm outside as it was inside. Today, December 3, 2012 it was a blazing 67 degrees + Ellicott City, MD! It’s difficult to get in the spirit of the holidays with such a heat wave, however, we managed to do it! We also counted our blessings today for an opportunity to be together and enjoy lunch and not have to be concerned about the weather. November 30 in 30 Challenge is here! I know I need it! Challenge, a contest, a competition? No not on AR! A Challenge on AR is more of a hand up. Or should I say a hand to help you up? Almost there ….. 200,000 points!Almost there ….. 200,000 points! I’ve been working on this goal for some time now. My business plan says 200,000 points by 12/31/2011 and here it is just 12/13/2011 and I am reaching that goal! Expired Listings? ~ December 2011 Blogging ChallengeExpired Listings? A lot of wonderful agents work expireds and are very successful with it. Here in the rain Broker Bryant and Coach Katerina I’m thinking it’s a good bet that I could improve my business by being consistent and offering my services to these folks who have already said they want to sell their homes.Why wait till 2012?
