(AHHH!)Vblogging continues to be a stumbling block for me.Terkel’s challenge spoke to me because I keep pushing video off my plate, so to speak, of things I need to do & want to do (here comes the but) but I don’t know how! Much like real estate it’s a self motivated desire. I want to be great at real estate so I dug in and figured it out. The same can be said about blogging, video and vblogging. So here’s my plan
Part 1:1. Take  Terkel’s challenge2. Dust off my tripod & video camera3. … (6 comments)

challenge: More ~ Where do I find topics for my blog? ~ Carroll County, Maryland - 01/20/12 02:42 PM
More - Where do I find topics for my blog?  ~ Carroll County, MarylandDo you still have your real estate license school text books? Brush the dust off of them and peek inside. Regardless of how current they are they still offer topics that can be used for blogging. If you’ve been in the business a while why not share how things have changed? Real estate is always changing, rules, laws, forms and it’s a job just to keep up. Reading is one of my simple pleasures. I try to read non-real estate material to relax, however, real estate is always … (6 comments)

challenge: Where do I find topics for my blog? ~ Carroll County, Maryland - 01/17/12 03:42 PM
Where do I find topics for my blog? ~ Carroll County, Maryland
Where do I find topics for my blog? Everywhere! More specifically, the office, during phone conversations, personal conversations, webinars, ce classes, as I work through a transaction and a issue or funny thing happens.
One of the best lessons I learned at RainCamp was/is to look in your email for topics. The questions we are asked everyday from buyers and sellers, friends and family are the same questions everyone wants the answers too.
If we, and this is a goal of mine, write a blog that answers the questions and … (39 comments)

challenge: December 2011 Blog Challenge Day 27, 28, 29 - 12/29/11 03:52 PM
December 2011 Blog Challenge Day 27, 28, 29 Following up on leads, catching up after a few days with the family. I’ve been really engrossed in exploring options for the new year, reading lots of blogs and studying philosophy that resonates with my own and fills in the gaps. In real estate, you take licensing class, if all goes well you take the test and get your real estate sales persons licence. Next,  you choose a broker with whom to “hang” your license and take their quick start program to lay the foundation of how to because all licensing class taught … (4 comments)
