The past few weeks my office has seen a renewed interest in property in Key West.  Many of the clients are either out of state or many are out of the U.S.A.  The dollar is at or near the low compared to other currencies and the property prices in this area are reaching eight year lows.  Also, interest rates are favorable and if you have cash for a down payment, this is a great time to think about investing in a home or condo.  There is a large inventory of property for sale and most sellers are willing to negogiate with anyone making a halfway reasonable offer.  There is also a good inventory of commercial properties listed for sale at this time if you are looking for income producing property.  Opportunities abound in the Keys right now and the weather is great.
