Naturally, you want to get top dollar for your home. Everyone does! But, at the sametime, you don't want to scare off potential buyers with a price tag that's too high. Settingan artificially high price may cause your property to languish on the market for months.Reducing your asking price later on

So many home sellers want to price their homes way above market value, because they think the cushion gives them more negotiating room. Some even price it 10%, 20% or more above any of the comparable homes that have sold. They tell themselves that their home is worth more, justifying it
