Ok so I have only been in business for a few months. Things are slow for me , not to mention the time of year it is.
Did a consultation for an Agent 2 weeks ago & she( the client) was so excited she told people at work!
Well didn't I get a call from one of her associates! This poor Lady's house has been on the market since last July. She had an open house coming up on Sunday & I asked her to cancel it until I could get there & we assess the situation.

My Valentine Staging Story - 02/16/07 06:46 AM
I staged in a home just before Christmas. The week before to be exact, what a time to list!
The clients had company for the Holidays so they were not prepared to show until after.
They had 2 sets of clients come through the door & sold to the second ones!
The Packers came & commented on how nice the home looked & God bless them they were kind enough to tell them that their home had been Staged!
Wow what a way to get your name out there.
The Clients moved on Valentines Day.

I have been home sick with a cold virius this week. First one in 2 years & I don't mind saying I don't like it! I have every sympathy for anyone who has a cold as I can't think, hear or see.
But... the computer is a wonderful thing, it doesn't care how you feel or look it just does what you tell it to( most of the time anyway)
Been catching up on contacting all my clients to see how they are doing & just having a ball talking to everyone via e-mail.

How to market Redesign?? - 02/01/07 07:20 AM
I have been sending out Brochures about Staging but would like to get the word out about Redesign. It states on the back of my brochure that this is a service that I provide but...
Living in a rural area there is lots of people that are not moving & probably would like to have their home REDESIGNED but don't really know that it is available or even what the word Redesign means.
I am wondering how to market that
Do you have any ideas or experiences that could help?
