Buyers are paying additional money because sellers can't or won't pay it.
Yes, it is happening more and more these days on Short Sales. In negotiations the bank is demanding more money before they will approve the short sale. Is this fair? Well, fair or not.. it is happening.
Finally, yeah... 4 months and the bank is finally willing to settle this short sale. That is exciting, the sellers have been waiting, patiently and frustrated.

Race For a Cure - This Sunday, Temecula - Inland Empire
It's that time and as in every year, this Sunday at the Promenade Mall in Temecula, The Susan G. Komen race for a cure is on. As always, a big turnout is expected hoping to raise 2 million dollars.
As you know we have had big changes to our mall this last year. Due to this they have changed the location for the expo and staging area, the event will be in the parking lot between the new and old Macy's department stores.

Living in Temecula
Temecula is a fantastic move to make. A great safe, family oriented Place to live. A place for all old or young... a great choice for families to make. Not only is it beautiful but it is clean, well maintained, excellent Schools, Active, Great fun at the Indoor/Outdoor Mall, Wine County, Old Town and much more. Even the duck families love it here as you will see as you pass by the pond on Rancho California Rd or some of the other lake areas.
