Spring is in the air here about every other day.... laughing. Our weather has been a little unpredictable, not as cold as it usually is in winter but alot more rain. We have a beautiful sunny day and then Bam... Some clouds a little rain. The pear trees bloomed about a month ago and now the cherry trees are breaking out in blossoms... Some a little faster than others.
So... If you have not planted your fruit trees or roses.... get them in the ground now!!!

Yes, California remained the nation’s most populous state at about 37 million people for this year. However we are no longer the leader for the biggest gain of people moving here. I think much of that can be contributed to people loosing their homes and moving back to where they rooted from. So although we have had many people still moving to the sunshine state, many have also left.

Yes, it is happening more and more these days on Short Sales. In negotiations the bank is demanding more money before they will approve the short sale. Is this fair? Well, fair or not.. it is happening.
Finally, yeah... 4 months and the bank is finally willing to settle this short sale. That is exciting, the sellers have been waiting, patiently and frustrated.

Have you been thinking about Moving Up or Downsizing? Well... I think with the tax credit incentive there is not a better time than NOW!!! Here is some info on the Tax credit to help you decide.

Indian Tribes have shown their generosity again and again giving to our schools, needy and nonprofit organizations. There was an article in the Press Enterprise yesterday, written by John F. Hill. Just waiting on Presidents signature and then it is a done deal. . Great New.... $8000 Tax Credit Extended. If you want the $8000 tax credit, You must have signed purchase contract by April 30th and must close no later than June 30th. That is great news for all those trying find their home and are not in escrow yet.
Also a reduced credit for $6500 for new home buyers that have owned their own home for at least 5 years.

What's up with that statement, pie is not always easy, but growing roses here is!The weather here in Temecula is perfect and roses love it. They usually bloom at least 10 months out of the year. Just a friendly reminder that daylight savings time change is Sunday, November 1st. Please remember to change your batteries for smoke detectors at the same time.
