Hey,I Graduated and Received My CRS Designation!!!!!

I received my CRS Designation package in the mail yesterday and I pondered how I could benefit from this award.

I knew tht I would send out referrral email/letter to CRS agents and post the CRS letters with my signature but late last night I thought I would let everyone know what I accomplished.

I have completed Advanced Real Estate courses and have demonstrated professional expertise in the field of residential real estate.

Does have any value.

Yes ,considering the quality of the real estate agent field

So,I thought I would let any prospective client realize that the CRS designation after my name assures them of dealing with a respected,educated Realtor.

Fewer than 38,000 Realtors,nationwide have earned this designation.

That is only 4%!!!Or 1 In 25 !!!!

Ultimately,I have hopefully reduced the number of choices for Realtors in the Triangle area of NC for prospective Buyers and Sellers

when choosing their Realtor.

 It won't cost them extra but will add value to every transaction that they decide to partner with me.
