With the fresh spring weather (Snow - wet heavy snow), longer days and great interest rates; now is the time to look for that new home here in Montana.  There are plenty of homes in all the price ranges and the home values are holding up very well.

With the low interest rates and dropping prices for many properties now may be the best time to purchase bare land for future developement as the holding costs are low and potential profit in the future is looking very good. Remember the old adage.. more
