michigan: Oakland County Homeowners Get New Tool To Protect Against Mortgage Fraud - 12/24/06 01:02 PM

We clipped the following from the Metropolitan Consolidated Association of Realtors email newsletter. With mortgage fraud on the rise, we thought our readers and clients should be aware of this service. We are able to do an annual search of public record data for our clients at their request, for no charge. But our records are not as current as these from the county.
