buyers: Adventures in Real Estate... - 09/29/11 12:55 AM
One thing I love about selling real estate is that no two days are alike and we can make them whatever we want them to be. There are days however that I just wished I had stayed in bed.The following story should have been one of those days. One of my more interesting and thicker files, took place years ago as I excitedly took my first listing. It was a bank owned home and this was not a down market. I knew that I could find the right buyer and that the while the house was a mess, there was a lot of potential in

buyers: Sellers are still Lucky... - 03/21/09 03:38 PM
I know that the market appears down right now. A lot of people are saying it is a good time to buy a home and they are right. It is a great time to BUY a home... But what if you want or need to SELL your home? There is a bright side to that as well. 1. Most home owners have been able to write off the interest they pay on their mortgage. buyers: Agents helping Agents - 11/30/08 02:38 PM
Our team received a referral a few weeks back from a Windermere Agent in Renton. He has been a real pleasure to work with. We listed the house the couple is moving out of in LakeLand Village, Allyn, and he is the Agent representing them on the house they are purchasing in Issaquah. They do not use a home computer, and this is facilitating the sale effortlessly for them. When it comes

buyers: You Didn't Miss the Boat- it's Back in Dock...Jump On! - 11/19/08 04:40 PM
I was reading my favorite blogs today, and I ran across my stat guy Richard Bell-The Real State of Real Estate. His stats and facts painted a much different picture than what the media is sharing. Interest rates are low and houses are a bargain. It reminded me of the listing appointments I went on in 2005,& 2006. People were surprised by the amount of equity they had in their homes in just the few short years they owned them. Buyers would have loved to have had those prices when they were making offers, but bought because they knew that they would

buyers: Buyers are back! - 10/12/08 05:46 PM
I have had a very busy weekend showing homes and properties. After a very quiet week I am very excited. One is a first time home buyer, two are down from Canada and have already bought one vacation lot, and are looking for their next. The other is looking to invest. When I asked them how they found me, they all stated the web(NowYouAreLiving.com, and Active Rain) and one mentioned direct mail. I plan to keep up on all of the advertising I am doing. It is really paying off. Please let me know how things are in your neck of
