I have been working from home the past few months and I really enjoy it. The coffee is always hot and my favorite brand. I can play whatever station I want to listen to with out anyone groaning. And dinner is always hot and on the table, not a last minute grab and go at the grocery store.

A few years ago, I will not tell you how many, my brother and I had the pillow fight to end all pillow fights. It was a Sunday afternoon and church was over, we had just headed upstairs to our rooms to change. At the time we lived in a turn of the century home that my mother had been raised in.The upstairs was drafty and separated by a old creaky door, sometimes known to scare little girls a 3 am.

A lot of my sellers love the idea of fliers at their home. I put them up at their request, but I do not necessarily recommend it.I feel that when I put everything a seller would ever want to say about their property or home, we have given away any drive form a potential Buyer to find out more. I like to put a few tidbits about the listing, and MY contact information and then take the phone call as they come in, and set appointments to see the home.
