economy: Dan Griffey Intends to make it Better! - 08/14/11 07:11 PM
We all know that our home values have gone down with the current economy. It is not that they are a bad investment, it is that at this moment they are not reflecting the value that we would have hoped that they would.
One way to bring the values back up, is for the demand for housing to increase. The more people that have jobs and need to relocate to an area the more stable and profitable the housing market will become in that area.
Protecting existing jobs and promoting a business friendly environment to create new ones is a … (6 comments)

economy: Looking up...Look Out! - 06/15/09 07:48 PM
This Christmas was awesome. We all had it a little tight but we appreciated each other just that much more. We talked about the market, the economy and the potential that some of us in the room did not know if we would have a job this time next year.
Some of that has changed. Not only does my sister in law still have her job in Bremerton, she has a new Mustang convertible to go with it.

economy: My 800 Billion Dollar Thought For Today... - 03/07/09 11:43 AM

Paul's Blog inspired me. I thought I would post my comment to his post to see if any of you felt the same way...
I would feel better if I thought that this was all about stabilizing the economy and not about personal ambitions. Nestor and Katrina are right- It has to take it due course. If the plan was so grand wouldn't investors be jumping on board instead of running for life jackets?

economy: Let's Pretend... - 01/08/09 08:44 PM
Let's pretend that everyone in the country is going to get a bail out. There will be a bunch of money printed, and we will hire foreign workers to come in and drop off suitcases, or in some larger families luggage sets full of money. The need to hire foreign workers stems from the overall issue at hand...with all of our new money-we won't want to or need to work, so others not receiving the money will be needed to make the deliveries.
Next we will want to put our money in the bank.It would be difficult to carry all of … (1 comments)

economy: Why Try? - 12/05/08 10:25 AM
Are you trying to make ends meet. At the last moment do you get that payment in on time? Do you feel left out, because as much as you struggle those that are not making it any more have all of the options available to them.
I am right there. Real Estate was a lot lighter this year. I am into the savings, and making ends meet is a lot harder. Every month I get it done, but for how long. I called the credit card co. and asked if I could make arrangements to reduce the payment amount short term, and … (11 comments)
