I must be an a kick of childhood memories today. Another one of my favorites was Grandmas garden. She grew everything. I loved to travel down the rows with her and see who could fill their baskets first with fresh green beans. I think she let me win sometimes.
Having crisp vegetables at the dinner table that you toiled over during the hot summer months was special.It was great to see that all of that hard work payed off with something we all got to enjoy.
