Hudson Valley Restaurant Week March 18-24,2012 was a week of a gastronomic dining experience for us. My wife and I dined at 3 different restaurants for dinner during this first week of the Hudson Valley Restaurant Week 2012. We returned for this year's Hudson Valley Restaurant Week 2012 to two restaurants which we enjoyed in the past years sharing scrumptious meals and good times with friends. Hudson Valley Restaurant Week 2012 is happening now. Hudson Valley Restaurant Week really runs for 2 weeks. The Hudson Valley Restaurant Week 2012 has grown from 70 restaurants which participated 6 years ago to 200 this year.
The national farm-to-table movement is a big part of Hudson Valley Restaurant Week says Crawshaw. "Hudson Valley chefs find inspiration and amazing ingredients in the surrounding farms, and they go all out to use local products on their menus, from venison, duck and heritage pork to artisanal cheeses and fine wines."

When I prepared this Rhinebeck Market report I was taken back that only 2 homes sold in the Rhinebeck School District in February 2012.  I rechecked the report, because I do not recall a month when 2 Rhinebeck homes were sold. I am preparing the Red Hook Real Estate Market Report for February 2012. In the Red Hook Central School District, 4 homes sold between $230,000 and $310,000.
