Like everywhere else in the country Edisto Island has had a huge price correction. May clients have jumped at bargain priced homes and condos. No surprise there. What is still amazing to me is that vacant land DEALS are every where. I have 2 lots in Palmetto Point for $74,000 each. These are prime lots in every way.
