Jenkins Point is very special to me. It was my first large scale subdivision. I all started in 1999 when a good friend's father approached me about helping him sell his 32 acre estate on the headwaters of West Bank Creek. I encouraged him to let me assist him in developing it himself. He was not interested in the hassles of dealing with Charleston County. He just wanted me to sell it to someone who would do the development correctly. That is exactly what I did.
