Edisto Island Community Spotlight: The NeckThe Neck was Edisto Island's first planned neighborhood. The Neck is a very large plantation offering a wide variety of properties: Deep Water, Tidal Creek, Marsh Front, Acreage, and Interior. Homes and vacant land are readily available. I like the close proximity to the Beach and Live Oak Landing State Park.
