180 New Listings Added Today Alone to Greater Boston Homes for Sale

What a day it was today for new listings. The Bull's are in the house with over 180 new homes posted today alone for the Greater Boston markets to which I serve. This is good news for buyers as inventory has fallen well below levels for the same time in previous years. Good news for sellers who are prepared to sell at price that will make things happen as buyers are eager to purchase.
