Phoenix housing market may be on the mend according to the Arizona Republic January 7th.  It seems like the Phoenix housing market that us Real Estate Professionals have known for months is now agreeing with us.  We have been stating to our clients as home pricing has been increasing and we’re seeing multiple offers on many bank owned, short sales and even traditional properties that the Phoenix housing market is on the way back up.
