montrose: The beauty of Black Canyon. - 04/16/09 10:07 PM

Black Canyon National Park, Gunnison CO

Our family needed a weekend drive October 2008 and took a trip the Black Canyon between Montrose and Gunnison Colorado. We had one of those days you just need to get away.
We headed out from Grand Junction heading south on Hwy 6&50 to Montrose and happened upon a Pumpkin Chunkin event put on by Olathe Fire Department, what a sight to see.
